1. General Provisions
These terms and conditions govern the relationship between MAGIC STUDIO 2000 and its customers
(consumers and businesses) for purchases made via the online store vanishingradio.eu.
The conditions are based on the laws of the Czech Republic and the European Union, in particular
the Civil Code (Act No. 89/2012 Coll.), the Consumer Protection Act (Act No. 634/1992 Coll.), and applicable EU directives.
2. Conclusion of the Purchase Contract
The purchase contract is concluded when the buyer submits an order and the seller confirms it
by email.
The order is binding. The seller reserves the right to refuse the order in case of
technical errors, product unavailability, or other exceptional circumstances.
3. Price and Payment Terms
Prices include VAT (if applicable) and are valid at the time of the order.
Payment methods:
- online by credit card,
- by bank transfer,
- via PayPal.
International shipments may be subject to customs duties depending on the destination country. These fees are the responsibility of the buyer.
4. Delivery Terms
Goods are delivered via:
- FedEx,
- DPD,
- DHL.
Items in stock are usually dispatched within 2 business days after payment is received.
Pre-orders will be fulfilled promptly upon restocking – the customer will be informed
by email of the expected delivery date.
Exact delivery price and time vary depending on the chosen carrier and destination country.
The customer is informed of shipping costs before confirming the payment.
5. Withdrawal from Contract (B2C only)
The consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods without
providing any reason. In such case:
- the goods must be returned undamaged and complete,
- the return shipping costs are borne by the buyer,
- the amount paid, including the original shipping fee, will be refunded within 14 days.
This right does not apply to businesses (B2B) or to custom-made products.
6. Warranty and Claims
Goods are covered by a statutory warranty of:
- 24 months for consumers,
- 12 months for businesses, unless agreed otherwise.
The warranty does not cover:
- wear and tear from normal use,
- damage caused by improper use or product modifications.
Claims can be submitted via email to info@vanishingradio.eu and will be resolved within 30 days.
7. Personal Data Protection
The seller processes personal data in accordance with GDPR. Data is used solely for order processing and accounting purposes.
Data is shared with third parties (carriers, payment gateways) only to the extent necessary.
8. Alternative Dispute Resolution
Consumers may resolve disputes through:
- Czech Trade Inspection Authority (www.coi.cz),
- the EU online dispute resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
9. Final Provisions
These terms and conditions are valid from July 1, 2025.
The seller reserves the right to modify them at any time. The current version is always published on the store website.
